Submissions for Issue 4 are now OPEN

For publication in Strippedlit500 we are looking for just that; well written, spelling and grammar error-free, pared-down fiction; a story with a beginning and end, and some sort of resolution.

Story Length

Submissions can be any length up to 500 words, excluding the title, which can be any length. Hyphenated words count as one word.

Stories must use the theme or keyword provided for the next issue.

Accepted Genres

Literary fiction, historical fiction, Science fiction, fantasy, and horror are all welcome.

We are not looking to publish Erotica, stories of any genre with gratuitous sex or violence, or fan fiction.

Rights

By submitting a story to strippedlit500, you grant us rights to publish your story online on this site, on our Twitter site, and to make the story available as part of a free PDF quarterly edition.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the author of the story, and you must be the author of anything you submit to strippedlit500.
